What time will my cans be moved to the road and back again?Cans will moved to the curb NO EARLIER than 6pm the night before pickup and NO LATER than 6am the morning of pickup. Cans will be moved back NO LATER than 6pm the day of pickup.

Do you move the cans even when it's raining/snowing/cold/zombie apocalypse?Yes! (Well, except for the zombie part, it's everybody for themselves at that point.

Do you follow the adjusted holiday pickup schedule?Absolutely! Just another perk of joining Trash Day Club: you never have to try and figure out what the holiday pick up schedule is!

Who will move my cans?Somebody who lives locally! We aim to provide part-time, flexible employment for local youth. Think of it kind of like a paper route.

How many cardboard boxes will you pick up?We will only pick up boxes than have been broken down and flattened. The total height of the stack of shouldn't exceed about 1 foot. The size of the boxes shouldn't exceed about 3 feet in any direction when flattened.

How often can I request a hazardous waste, e-waste, or cardboard pickup?Each subscription allows you 2 pickups per month of any combination of these pickups. Example A: One (1) e-waste pickup and one (1) cardboard pickup Example B: Two (2) hazardous waste pickups

How often will my can be washed?Cans are washed twice a year. The timing will vary, but generally spring and fall.

How does Trash Day Club provide jobs to local youth?This is an aspirational goal. We're new as a company, so we don't do this yet. You joining the club will help us get there. We want to provide local youth with an opportunity to earn money, become financially literate through our education programs, and do it around their schedule as they prioritize family, school and extracurricular activities. If you know someone who would be interested in this type of work let us know.

What does the service cost?Right now we're offering a limited number of FREE 4-week trials. This isn't a marketing gimmick. We're truly seeking to engage with a few interested people and get their feedback on the service. Only thing is, we won't be offering all of our advertised services during the trial, if you are accepted, we'll let you know what services will be part of the trial. We can say that the can-to-curb service and the charity donation will be included. After the 4-week trial is complete all that we ask is you fill out a short survey letting us know what you thought of it. If that sounds good, use the form below.

Why would someone pay to have their cans moved?Many reasons! You forget pickup day often You hate doing it in the rain/cold/snow You are not physically able to do it yourself (recovering from surgery/childbirth or otherwise unable) You will be on an extended vacation We're a service similar to: Housekeeping Lawncare Car detailing Laundry service Pressure washing Meal prep service Christmas light installation Snow/leaf removal See? * Why is there an asterisk on your "Club Perks" section?Because we want to let you know that we're still in the building phase of this. So we may not be offer all the services mentioned above. For example. We don't employ local youth yet. But we hope to have that capability soon. Also services like the can washing and waste pickup are still up in the air. We're running a free pilot program to see if people are interested and to see if the logistics of the business work out. We will disclose all of this if anyone chooses to join and before we accept any payment from customers.
